- Review required skills along with skills that are highly desired
- Get to know your organization so that your company, your team, the opportunity and the challenge are properly represented to candidates
- Review the interview process to set appropriate expectations regarding timeframes to candidates
Recruiting
- Integrate client feedback with search criteria to optimize the screening process and deliver top candidates
- Leverage a vast network of candidates and relationships to talk with both passive and active candidates
- Present concise summaries of candidate skill sets for client review
Selection
- Coordinate phone and in-person interviews to expedite the recruiting process
- Work with client and candidate from interview to offer ensuring clear communication on both sides
- Negotiate salaries, rates and/or terms
- Provide candid feedback based on observations and interactions with candidates through the interview life cycle
Customer Service
- Weekly follow ups to ensure that the candidate is a good fit
- Work with client and candidate to make any adjustments
